I just met with a new customer this afternoon that is looking
to build at $1.2 million. They met with a reputable builder in Champaign
but he had no system or process to explain. I met with them and they
signed my Professional Services Agreement. I showed them my Homeowner
Manual and the other CBMS materials and they were blown away by the
organization. I’ll have them signing a contract by the end of the month.

of your system and ‘was it worth the expense?’ My response was it was
the best money we ever spent, but I also noted that I thought the purchase
was twofold. You get a great system and you get a candid assessment
of your business by an experienced outsider. Both are equally valuable.
